Tempura crispy onion rings
Failproof batter! Crispy Tempura with zero sogginess! No eggs needed so it is suitable for vegans too.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup green banana flour
1 tsp onion powder (optional)
1 cup + ¾ cup water
METHOD
Mix the green banana flour and water.
If it is too runny put more flour, if it is too thick, put more water.
Don’t need to worry about over mixing or having ice cold water.
