Easy wrap

Creativity comes alive with toppings in an easy wrap, tortilla or as a crispy pizza crust.


INGREDIENTS

Makes 16 small wraps

2 cups green banana flour                      

1 tsp xanthan gum                                    

1 tsp onion powder (optional)                

1 cup and ½ cup hot water                                                                                                                                                                   

METHOD 

  1. Knead for about 2 mins to make a smooth bouncy dough

  2. Keep the dough just before sticky but not to dry to make a soft moist wrap

  3. Cut it in 16 pieces and roll out with a rolling pin

  4. Use a bit of green banana flour or corn flour to avoid sticking

  5. Cook it in high heat. When it bubbles up, flip and cook the other side. Around 1 min each (lovely fresh, reheat 10 seconds in the microwave if it cools down)
