The easiest and fastest recipe. Good for quick and nutritious breakfasts


INGREDIENTS
makes 4 servings

1 cup green banana flour       

4 cups water                              

1 cup milk                               

vanilla essence                               

METHOD 

  1. Mix in a cup of water in the flour not to get lumps

  2. Add the rest of the water.

  3. Keep on mixing with a wooden spoon until it gets thick.

  4. Add the milk and keep on stirring and cooking for about 5 mins

  5. Add vanilla essence

  6. Serve with anything you like, honey, fruits and nuts
