Porridge
The easiest and fastest recipe. Good for quick and nutritious breakfasts
INGREDIENTS
makes 4 servings
1 cup green banana flour
4 cups water
1 cup milk
vanilla essence
METHOD
Mix in a cup of water in the flour not to get lumps
Add the rest of the water.
Keep on mixing with a wooden spoon until it gets thick.
Add the milk and keep on stirring and cooking for about 5 mins
Add vanilla essence
Serve with anything you like, honey, fruits and nuts
